I was thinking about doing a drop on a 01-03 Fronty, but with the fender flares, would it look weird? Time to open photoshop I guess...

The 01 and up models would look really good lowered with these wheels and the factory fender flares I think. I have debated doing a frontend swap down the road.

as i have stated before, i may or may not like what someone does to his fronty, but the 2 most important things concerning that does not in any way include my opinions. they are:fr8train said:
- that the owner likes/loves the mod
- that no matter what kind of mods are done, the love/enthusiasm for the truck is there. this is something all of us have and it's the most important part....

the only mod that I would flame and criticize the owner for would be a 4x4 conversion. Ive seen guys buy a Desert Runner and do a 4x4 swap as soon as they buy it... Its ALOT of work/money to do a 4x4 swap, its alot easier to buy a 4x4 in the first place. That leaves the 2WD trucks for those who actually want 2WD.
These are my opinions agree to disagree or w/e:
I hate it when people take absolute mint trucks and bag, chop, and just cut them up or whatever to them. The lowered trucks that go past the tires are disgusting, but I like ones like Littlewhites. Same goes other way, trucks that are lifted a couple inches are fine, but the ones that are lifted like 10-12"?? theres no need for that and just puts alot of un-needed stress on everything.

nice lookin truck! I bet a nice set of 17" wheels woulda looked good on that, except then itd be in the fender well...04frontybegginer said:

it rides a lil bumpy but i ordered some lowered truck shocks from stylin concepts to help it out. but for the paint i just used the high heat spray paint from advance. and once a month i go and just wipe them down, and there is no rub off or peeling. i do want 18's but i think i might have to go with 17's.

as far as the wheels for mine you think i should go with a black with 2" chrome lip, or all black, or all chrome, and did any of yall catch my post about the hood suggestion

Not sure any of these will fit, but I think that style would look killer on your truck. Since you dont have alot of chrome on the truck now, and a red/black scheme looks super clean, I suggest a black majority wheel, maybe with a little bit of chrome accents like these ones.
