Im just wanting to see any pics of lowered frontiers. I love the 4x4s to but want to see some dumped nissans.
well if you lower a truck just enough without needing to cut a hole in the bed floor, then i think that their utility is only sacrificed by at most, 40%.Chairmnofthboard said:Very nice.
We were talking about lowered trucks and how they lose their function. Those trucks have only one purpose, and that's to look nice.
Either way, nice trucks.
Why no towing?flyboytb said:I agree my friend had a bagged hardbody (notched frame) and he was still able to haul stuff in the rear, no towing though.
most people who have trucks with air bags also have roll pans or cali combos (roll pan molded into the tailgate [tailgate no longer functions])Chairmnofthboard said:Why no towing?
We were refering to the truck like in these pix.
Oh well if the tailgate is molded shut, then it's not really good for hauling anymore anyways. not to mention the rear crossframe for the bags, nitrogen tank, compressors, etc.flyboytb said:most people who have trucks with air bags also have roll pans or cali combos (roll pan molded into the tailgate [tailgate no longer functions])
because of this towing is out of the picture, also baggs are bumpy! even with shocks (which many bagged trucks dont have at all) towing would be very unstable.
ohh and I was talking about trucks like in the pics also.
Its called balls and a welder (jk) nope they do not make anything to lower an 05+ frontier yetElLlanero said:Does anyone know if they make an airbag kit for an 06 frontier 4x2... ???
Thats HOT! Simple yet effective, and can still haul some crap. What did you use and how is the ride? I am wanting to do a lil drop on my DD crew.littlewhitenissan said:Mine isn't lowered a whole lot. Just enough for a nice DD.

I used 2" drop spindles in front and 3" blocks in the back and removed the bumpstop so instead of cutting it. I have been driving it for about a month now and haven't scraped or bumped on anything. I drive fairly agressive too. The ride is pretty much the same front and back as stock. I still have the factory length shocks so it wouldn't hurt to get some shorter ones probably.GregInAtl said:Thats HOT! Simple yet effective, and can still haul some crap. That one on the left is way toooo looowww. I never really liked droped trucks. Only a few spike my interests. Those are usually the one that are only slightly droped.Fr4onXti4er said:I have a Couple:
