The easiest thing to do would be to find a m266 of the same gear ratio as the front that already has a elocker in it and swap the axles.
I am currently adding a Lokka locker in the front. So far (jsut working on the spare diff) it is fairly simple. It does not need the pinion gear to be removed and thus no resetting the gear set clearances.
If you read the material on Lokka's website, the kind of suggest going with a front locker before adding a rear one. I thought think this is especially true for florida where you don't need 4 hi for snow.
If you are adding a rear locker and go with an automatic type (Spartan or lokka) you will have some driveabilty issues. Read JrNevadas account of her spartan rear locker and the fact that she is ARB front and rear now.
