Hell all..

I recently bought my 4th Frontier.. This one is a 2010 LE 4X4. I love almost everything about it, the only thing it's missing is.......

NO REAR DIFF LOCKER.

So, I was just wondering, how hard is the install?

I was thinking of doing it myself. I have pretty good mechanical comprehension. Has anyone done it? What's the best way to do it? What's the best locker? Mechanical, electrical, air?

Any advice would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks..

Hmmm... I don't really need the diff locker. I just want it.

Sounds like a lot to do. Do you guys think it's worth it? I just want to get out of sticky situations, but I think that the 4WD would do me just fine...

Thanks for all the help guys. Much appreciated

I've never taken this truck mudding or off-road. I've taken Jeeps, hardbodys, and a couple of sidekicks. Also my Montero, which was phenomenal by the way. I'm just seeing what my options are. I think you guys are right. It's a want not a need. I should have gotten the pro-4 instead. But I'll jus be happy with this 4X4 LE just the way it is.

I just got a K&N intake and about to put on the exhaust soon. I'll be happy with that for now...
