Hmmm... I don't really need the diff locker. I just want it.

Sounds like a lot to do. Do you guys think it's worth it? I just want to get out of sticky situations, but I think that the 4WD would do me just fine...

The couple times I got stuck the E-locker didn't help me get un-stuck. LOL Get some 10k ratchet straps and the tow hook, it's a lot cheaper than the locker and actually have gotten me un-stuck.
