2024 frontier sl, we live in very rural oklahoma.

looking for a solution for deer lights while drive 2 lane after sundown. Would ditch lights light up the ditches better than leds mounted on the lower part of the front bumer ?? Dont want to blind other drivers.

Will hopefully put in a dash switch that will fit the oem locations. Also looking at relocating the rear sonar button to the left hand panel since its not one ill usa alot and then use that spot for the switch location, has anyone had the lower dash apart and how difficult is it?? i can make a extension cable if needed.

thanks all

I went with a pair of Rigid ditch lights. They do a remarkable job of lighting the ditches, as the name would suggest, but you definitely wouldn't want these on when you have oncoming traffic.

If you're looking for a system that you can leave on the entire time, check out this video from All Dogs Offroad where they swap out the factory fog lights:

They are bright but bc of the way the bracket is constructed, it throws the light in a noticeably more angled pattern than the stock fogs. The kits are no longer being marketed as some people had discoloration of the bracket (it's 3d printed). I spoke to DD at Overland Expo and they said the kits were being redesigned, either in a better quality plastic or metal but there was no ETA for a re-release. I haven't had any issues but my trucks in a garage and it seemed like most of the issues were a result of prolonged exposure to heat and direct sun.
