Hope some of you can help. I did a search and didn't find specifics to the Pro 4x Most websites for Coverking, Autoanything, etc. have dash mats for Frontiers. However they seem to fit the SV and not the Pro 4x. (at least the newer ones with navigation).

The Pro4x comes standard with the center light sensor, left/right speakers, and the navigation radio. Coverking mat has the cut out for the sensor and the speakers but says the mat is for non navigation. Dashmat seems to have one, but covers the speakers and doesn't state if it is for navigation or non navigation dash.

So my question is if any of you have a dash cover for a Pro4x with navigation, dash speakers, and light sensor, who did you purchase it from and who made it.

Thanks for the help.

Summer is coming, heck it is going to be 80 this weekend. Poor truck has to sit outside.

Get a window sunshade??

Window shades, at lease here in Nevada, also cause the window to fog up super quickly. The oils from the shade bake and evaporate and stick to the windshield.

Athough I can't help OP with where to find a dashmat this post from RNZL3R struck a cord. I got a sun screen from Coverking several years ago and noticed this fogging. However, I continued using it and after a month or so of use it stopped the fogging, and I have gone on to use it most every day whenever I park it outside for more than 15 - 20 minutes; and it did not become brittle as I have had happen on inexpensive ones (Coverking cost about $50). Perhaps this is unique to the Coverking shield so if I were to do it again I would get another of the same (the fit is great) but try 'seasoning' it for a few weeks.

If I were in OP's shoes I would also looking into tinting. I understand this dramatically reduces temperature and I would guess the clear could be put on the windshield as well.

***Disregard...guess I tossed the dash cover*** I think I have a black dash cover from my old Xterra (2009). I can see if it fits my '16 Pro-4X. If it does, you can have it and maybe take it to a local seamstress/alterations or car upholstery shop and have them alter it to work. Just PM me with your address and if I still have it I will drop it in the mail to you.

Purchased a dashmat from Covercraft. Grey. While it covers the dash speakers, the cover does cut around the dash tray. Hopefully will have it in a couple of weeks.

Will report back on how I like it. Coverking stated their dash cover would not work in the Pro4x. Another company covered up the dash tray making it useless.

BBB thanks for the offer I went with a light grey to lighten up the interior.

Coverking makes the molded carpet dash covers for the Pro-4x. I looked up mine(2011) and a 2016, both are available. Also I think you may be confusing the in-dash navigation with the poor way Nissan used to do it... check the pic below.

P.S. This cover does not obstruct the dash speakers. You may be surprised how necessary they really are for decent audio in these trucks...

thank for the reply. What is interesting I talked to Coverking about the dash cover. I described what the dash was like. They basically said if I had nav, it would not work. Tried to tell them the dash is the same as the SV except the radio screen is slightly larger.

If I don't like the sound from the radio with the covercraft cover, I will most likely make the cut outs myself for the speakers.

Really liked the Coverking, just had to go what their people told me. Next time I may give Coverking a try.

Really?? Sounds like it would be a pain in the *** to clean! I didn't realize that even driving around that could be an issue. Makes sense. Best of luck.

How has it been?? I'm about to pull the trigger for my 2019 Pro 4x.

Did you make cutouts for the speakers? Do you have any pictures?

The Covercraft (gre) has held up well with the 2+ ears I have had it installed. The Covercraft does not have cut outs for the dash speakers. So the speakers are covered. I have not noticed any distortion with having the mat over the speakers. One advantage is the matt gives the speakers sun protection since the speakers are covered. In the center of the dash the mat goes around the tray. The edges of the cover are rolled and stitched.

Currently I don't have any photos. I will see what I can do in a few days.

For the money the dash cover has held up well. The Velcro has held in in place and is easy to remove if one wants to clean the dash.
