Anyone doing a bed cut rear bumper, or something very low profile? I dont mind doing the cutting and grinding and drilling, but the welding is beyond me. Looking for something like this:

Anybody had success here? Seems like the Tacoma market has a bunch but there isn't much out there for us.

That looks awesome. I was hoping to avoid finding a local fab shop, but did you just have the mounts on yours moved down? Might have to learn how to weld and just do it myself...

I definitely do, but welding in an apartment can be difficult. I've played around with TIG's before, but not much else. Is there anything mobile I could safely use on a screened concrete porch, or a remote location? (thinking trail welders, etc. There's plenty of woods around here...)

Thanks for the link. I love that guys truck. I'd need the bumper before I do the cuts though. Im pretty good at destroying stuff, just not building new stuff afterwards ::laugh::
