I installed a Rostra kit into my 2004 Frontier 3 years ago. I like it. 2004 has an accelerator cable, so attached to that, and reads off the VSS wire off my instrument cluster. For your newer model would be all-electronic. There are stalk-mounted and dash-mounted control pads.
