Cortex vs Flashpaq?

I am trying to decide between the Cortex and the Flashpaq. What are the differences between the two? Basically, why would I pay more for the Cortex?

According to the Superchips website all I can find is this chart which doesn't show much. Is the power train warranty really the only difference worth mentioning?

I can see that much by the chart I posted but is there really nothing more worth mentioning?

there is no other difference between them when I traded in my cortex from my nissan for a flaspaq for the dodge thats what they told me on the phone.
