Coolant dripping from oil pan/ cross member area? Any ideas?

I parked my truck a couple days ago and when I woke up the next morning there was a pretty big puddle underneath it, it was dripping from quite a few places including oil pan area, and front diff area. I have wiped up what I could and now its been dripping from the oil pan/crossmember area. Any ideas where this coolant might be coming from?

Thanks

The upper end of the lower radiator hose is in that area, as are several coolant transfer hoses, I'd eyeball them real good.

You are showing the side with the clutch slave cylinder which is passenger side. Check the plastic tubes that go into the heater core. They are known to crack.

True, they are. And there are metal replacements out there, Dorman makes a good and affordable model. I did mine before they went bang, just to prevent them from doing so. You'll find it isn't a treat, have several types of pliers on hand and a hose-clamp pliers if you have one, or grab one from Amazon or EBay. They're life-savers, I had to use three different tools to get my project done, very tight space to work in and directly above the hose connectors is a transverse AC hard-line that also impedes access even more.
Seems there are a couple melted tubes under my driver side valve covers. Could possibly be it.
You can easily see the heater parts and see if they are leaking.

I dont see any leak from the heater parts.
Have you done a detailed inspection of all the coolant lines in the engine bay. Might need to remove the radiator skid plate to see the lower hoses. The heater inlet outlet are on the firewall. Also there are coolant lines going to the throttle body.
Have you checked your coolant level? The leak could be anywhere and traveling along whatever it lands on. Radiator upper and lower, heater hoses, multiple places to leak! May have been spraying out of one of the hoses when you parked it.. easy to miss that if you were just parking and walking away.
