well you would need new door panels, new harness, and all the electrical insides of the electric doors.
once you have those. its cake to swap. ive had to do so many lol

that would be the way to do it, check your bone yards!I wonder if it would be worth picking up 2 doors from an KC with power windows and just swapping all the guts to your skin?
as long as you have the power option wire harness it should plug right in. ive had no probs.BCM is probably going to be different, unless Nissan was nice enough to just make one, that is if you are trying to go completely factory. Or you could just go with a SPAL kit and call it a day.
Second Gen?as long as you have the power option wire harness it should plug right in. ive had no probs.
never swapped a fontie so thats why i say should. for the wiring of the vehicle all the connectors from the front pillars(bcm) i assume as you say. should all be the same. the difference is just swapping the harnesses around. i dont see why the harness will not work. its all plug and play.Second Gen?
BCM is the module that controls all this stuff, locks, lights, windows, alarms. All I am saying is if Nissan uses a different BCM on the non power anything models than on the ones that came with all this crap from the factory, things get a little harder.never swapped a fontie so thats why i say should. for the wiring of the vehicle all the connectors from the front pillars(bcm) i assume as you say. should all be the same. the difference is just swapping the harnesses around. i dont see why the harness will not work. its all plug and play.
That was for TheOregonFront, I know what your trying to do, i have done it on older cars (BMW's mostly) Bimmers come wired whether they had locks or window or notyah i have a second gen and would like to do a factory oem conversion
I agreeoh, i see. but still he might as well get all the stuff and if it doesnt work he'll know to swap the bcm
Take it apart, have a peek, if the stuff is there it would be very simpleyah, thanks guys. When it stops raining here Ill have to try and take a look at it and do some more research. I would almost assume theyd be the same and it was plug and play. Kind of like the SE 4 cylinders just have that kind of stuff installed. My experience with like the fog lights and the oem reciever/ hitch wiring harness and stuff is that its setup just the same as all the others. The XEs just dont come with that stuff installed. Maybe Ill try calling the dealer too and ask them, but Im sure if they were to do it that it would be a rediculous price.
