I've noticed a couple times a lot of condensation forming on the flange just past the cat on the drivers side. I've had the Flowmaster for about 2 months now and 5,000 miles or so. Do you think this indicates a bad weld or leak?

condensation

Doubtful, since you live in New Mexico, and it's probably cold this time of year and the exhaust heats up, naturally forming condensation. If there's exhaust you can see coming out of that flange, then probably. First time you start your truck in the day, see if there's smoke coming from the tip or the flange or both. A stock muffler has a hole in the bottom of it between the inner and outer shells allowing condensation from within the muffler to drain out.
