I have an 06 Fronty and I hear the same noise when the transmission shifts from first to second after the vehicle has not been run for several hours. Mine sounds like dropping an empty aluminum can on concrete and I feel nothing in the brake pedal. I have not seen any performance problems. I am hoping this is normal.
clunk noise since new 2005 se cc 800 miles only
Did anyone experienced this problem on 05 Frontier:Clunks once after take off ,only if the engine was priorly shut off.Clunk comes from under the front of the truck, right after transmision shifts from first to second gear(automatic).Thanks for input
