Well... Looks like I need to start saving some money for new wheels now. Can't wait to see the pictures of them actually fitted on a Frontier.

Looks like I found my new wheels! Do you have any information on how much the wheels weigh (specifically the 17" ones)?

I dont like them as much as the American Outlaw Tnt, but since those haven't been available in months, I'll take a set of these black ones off your hands if the pricing is reasonable.

I never seem to get this, so could you tell me if the 17x8.5 model will be flush with the fenders, stick out a little or be closer to stock?

Are you going to be using your truck for test fitting??

We will be using Travis's 07 Frontier to confirm fitment. I'm very confident in saying that their won't be any fitment issues with the Chaos. The spokes were tripled checked for brake clearance by the manufacture.

The 17x8.5 +12 (5.25" B/S) Choas will be tucked just slightly into the fender well. With a 285 width tire mounted, the assembly will be nearly flush with the fender.

Did they ever fix them?

Apparently they have been re-machined, but they've been on order for months now.

If I'm to get a black wheel, I require a slotted silver/black lip like the TnT and the Chaos. I don't know why, it just appeals to that part of my brain.

They look good, but its funny how one brand comes up with a design and other manufacturers essentially copy them but change them slightly. These look a heck of alot like the Liquid Metals that have been out for a couple years now. Hopefully better price though

I ordered the 17 inch black from Discount last week and just called today to find out that they arent available yet but supposedly they are being shipped from china and on a boat somewhere. For just a little more I ordered the popular moto metals instead because Im lifting the truck 6 inches saturday and I need tires BAD!

Bummer on the Chaos but I'm glad the store was able to help you with something. Post up some pictures when you get everything bolted up. I want to see this beast of a truck you are building.

Are you going to offer the 18" wheels too?
Not in this design. The new MB Stryker is available in 18" though. Wheel Details - Discount Tire Direct

so i'm coming up on needing some tires... and then i see these... when you get a min, shoot me a pm on pricing for a set of silver colored 16x8.5's (4) and 4 tires (265/70/16) if the 16's will fit over the stock brakes. if not, same but for the 17's... i've got tools and a jack so this could save me a lot of time and effort if i order tires mounted and balanced and just switch em out... as for the tires, i'm not exactly sure what i want. i've had the nitto terra grapplers forever, and while they have been fantastic, i'm ready to go back road tires so i was thinking something along the lines of Michelin LT/X's or the like. i am open to suggestions/recommendations so feel free :)
