I have a problem with a check engine light. It's comes and goes. I had it read out and it said low fuel pressure. When the check engine light is on I notice a high pitched elec whinning sound coming from under the truck, when the light is off, I don't hear that sound.
Could that be a fuel pump problem, or a fuel filter problem?
