anyone know how to change it out? looking at new pushbutton it looks like it just pulls out......hate to start prying on it unless i know for sure.

no not really, its not working right, when i take truck out of overdrive (when pulling a trailer) and than try to turn OD back on, it takes me 4-5 mins of playing with button to finally get the OD to kick back in.

seems to me their is a short in the pushbutton switch.

no idea. you can try looking it up in the FSM. that should give you an idea on how to take it out.
