A spindle nut socket is what you need to get the nut off and re-torqued later. Cannot remember where to get them online at the moment. The rest is pretty normal for tools, make sure you have a in-lb torque wrench for torquing that nut or already have a good feel for how to do that. With the 4wd hubs you have to torque them up then back them off until almost loose then torque them to a very minimal torque value. When you are torquing to seat it is best to spin the hub back and forth a few times. I do not remember the numbers at the moment and will have to look them up for you.

Here's a good writeup done a long time ago:

Servicing Xterra Front Bearings

It does show the tool and some sources for it.
Thank you, I have called everywhere today trying to find the Front Wheel Bearing Locknut Socket that I need to get the rotar off my truck so I can finish replacing them and hte brakes. the dealer said 'use a hammer and a screw driver', Really? is that the instructions straight from Nissan? anyway, thanks for the post.
PS-
it was the Autopart.com link that finally took me to the part.

I have done it both ways since I did not always have the proper tool. The key is to make sure you get the bearings TIGHT, spin them around a bit to seat the bearings, then back off and re-tighten. Once you get them to the "barely tight" position you will end up tightening them a touch more to get the locknut to line back up to put the screws in.
