...camber is as follows -0.4 degrees on the left and -0.9 degrees for the right... I wanted to know how imperative is it to get these camber bolts? I don't want to waste my money.

^Right now? No..
I run -1* camber with my lift (IIRC spec. is -.3 to .8*) it actually helps street manners.

But yeah, if lift is in the future CBs will be in the picture.
