hey everyone, this does not always happen but some times when i turn on the A/C there is a burning smell coming from the vents and a rattling sound coming from behind the glovebox, has anyone ever had this happen and if so what was the fix?

Sounds like the blower motor. Look down the vents on your hood below the windshield wipers and see if there's a bunch of crap down there. Best case scenario is you got crap inside the blower (though unlikely). Worst case is the bearings going in the blower motor, in which case you'll need to replace it (which is cheap and easy).

In either case your first course of action is to remove the glove box and blower unit for inspection. Not difficult to do at all. 7 or 8 bolts total and 1 connector. Blower slides right out.
