I have an SE and i am currently in the process of blacking the whole truck out. Quick Question....do the LE front and rear bumpers (because of the black color) fit on the SE models

I don't see why they wouldn't. You could also paint them.

getting an LE front end, you need to replace the upper valance at the same time - its all one piece. you need the LE bumper from a Crew Cab

You could get an ARB bumper. You wouldn't have to worry about rock chips, or hitting animals, or people for that matter. And it gives you a better approach angle if you're going to be off-road.
