Saw that someone was selling one so I thought I would go check out the product. I wanted to see if 1)it can get rid of the WOT restriction at low speed. 2)get rid of ABS.
Did not find either of those listed in the features. What I did find interesting the list of features is that it can disconnect your sway bars. Really WTF

The main thing you need to read is: "Adjustable Options vary for each vehicle and are not available on all vehicles."

I thought the Bully Dog was able to disable the WOT; I know you could do that on the Superchips tuner until the updated the software program and now you no longer can. On Nissans, most of the basic tuners will reprogram the ECM, allow some adjustment of the ignition timing and idle speed, raise the rev limiter, perform code reading and erasing, offer some time/distance monitoring (i.e. 1/4 mile times) and some do allow WOT disabling. I don't know of any that will reprogram the transmission or disable the ABS system on Nissans. UpRev has a lot more customization capabilities, but it is more expensive and really for those that do extensive mods on their vehicles.
The sway bar disconnect feature would only be capable on vehicles with electronic sway-bar disconnect systems. I think the Jeep Rubicon and some Range Rovers have them and I would imagine there are some aftermarket options out there. Nissan factory sway-bars are all bolted on, so the Bully Dog would not be able to control them.

Mine had the WOT option. I never used it. I removed mine because I don't need an expensive dash gauge. I would sell mine if you're interested. I don't know what it would cost to have it programmed for your vehicle. This one is for an 08 Frontier SE 4.0 , AT, 4x4.
