Hey folks,

Removing the stock head unit on my truck today to access the switches down below and I snapped my Satellite Radio connection trying to remove the plug. Just wondering if anyone has encountered this and what you did to fix it?

I have figured out it is a Pink Fakra Connection. The wire looks to be solid. Could I buy a wire with this end and just splice it into the existing one?

Thanks in advance!

Sure, you just have to know how to solder an SMB Coax.

You can splice the wires. They are really fine wires. I would cut about an inch and a half off both ends and then solder in the wire that you took from the rest of the cable. I did this years ago to my XM antenna.

Like I said, you'll need to know (or find a way to learn cough YouTube) how to solder an SMB Coaxial cable.

I now learned something new here, the style name of those connectors.
