It may help if you become familar with the "search" function. Then you should also note that the forum is split up into sections which cover most things from suspension to audio to etc..... I would highly suggest that you spend a week or so reading everything you can. This way you are informed when you ask questions or else people can sway you in the wrong direction and you won't even know it.
Just a quick overview. Nobody I know have added back-up sensors. It is possible but you need a standalone system.
As for the audio, it isn't that hard as long as you take your time and buy the proper equipment the first time.
