Just like Redalert said, spray some penetrating oil around the center of the rotor, and the wheel studs. Let it sit for a few, then whack the rotor from the inside, with a good sized hammer or sledge. Then rotate the rotor 180 from where you first hit it, and hit it again. Don't hit the dust/heat shield. Keep doing that till it breaks free. Sounds like its just rusted on. But make sure you back off the e-brake shoes first as has been mentioned by RedAlert.I'm having issues removing the rear brake rotors from my 05 Nismo Frontier. Any suggestion or tips?
