Two things. Spray a little penetrating oil around the hub(circle in the middle) and let it sit. Take a good size hammer(3 lb sledge) and whack it around where the studs come through, just dont hit the studs. It should loosen up. If not, you may have a lip on the inside where the ebrake shoes are. You may need to de adjust the shooes for the rotor to come off, do this through the hole on the front of the rotor.

I'm having issues removing the rear brake rotors from my 05 Nismo Frontier. Any suggestion or tips?
Just like Redalert said, spray some penetrating oil around the center of the rotor, and the wheel studs. Let it sit for a few, then whack the rotor from the inside, with a good sized hammer or sledge. Then rotate the rotor 180 from where you first hit it, and hit it again. Don't hit the dust/heat shield. Keep doing that till it breaks free. Sounds like its just rusted on. But make sure you back off the e-brake shoes first as has been mentioned by RedAlert.
