'05 LE - I just mangaged to shear off a bolt in the intake manifold while reinstalling the plenum. Guess i should start using that torque wrench that's still in the package. Does anyone have suggestions or recommendations for bolt removal tools that work well? Any input is appreciated.

vise-grips + heat. drill + tap.

The bolts flush with the manifold so i'll go the easy out route. Thanks for the input.

i deal with these problems daily you might wanna try applying something like pb blaster or liquid wrench before you begin with the easy out. good luck.
