Body mount questions

Hey y’all! I had a problem a while ago where there was a clunking noice in the front whenever I went over bumps or turned. It ended up being the body mounts and I replaced them about 10k miles ago. I’m starting to get the same symptoms again so my questions are how long are they (body mounts in the front) supposed to last? What is the proper torque specs? And do I need to reposition then every so often? Thank y’all!

Way longer than 10k miles. The torque - if memory serves - it's something fairly low, like 65 ft lbs. Check the body mount that is just behind the front wheel fender on each side, it has two bolts, mine came loose and made a very noticeable clunking sound and took me forever to find it. It has a larger metallic body than some of the other body mounts.
