Hey guys,
I just received my 3" body lift from 4x4 for my '04 crew cab longbed. I'm looking through the instructions to make sure I have everything. I ran into a little issue with the rear bed lift blocks. In the instructions they have a shortbed pictured. I understand that the crew cab has 8 body mounts up front, 4 on each side. And then is it 4 for the back, or 6?
Because I only have 4 blocks left over. The instructions say a 2 x 3 x 2 3/8" spacer block is used for the first mount. But the problem is the block I received is 2x3", and doesnt look like the one in the picture.
Second problem, the picture of the first mount (closest to the cab) looks totally different than my truck. Since I have a longbed, would I need a total of 6 blocks for the rear, 3 on each side?
Here's a picture of the spacer block, does this look familiar? This is the only part I have left over for this. Am I missing something, or am I completely retarded!! I'm gonna call 4x4 in the morning but I just wanted to see if anybody had this issue.
thanks!
