Getting out of having two vehicle (my frontier is already sold to my dad, and now it is the cars turn)
2005 Sparkling Graphite Metallic, gray leather, just under 43,000 miles. In excellent condition, leather has some normal wear on center arm rest and driver side bolster. Paint in great shape with only one small door ding that is barely visible.
Has:
6 speed Manual
Sport package (17 in rims, low profile tires, sport tuned suspension, sport seats)
Cold weather package (heated leather seats, heated windshield/headlight washers, ski bag pass through in trunk)
Adaptive Xenon headlights (self leveling and change direction with car)
Rear parking sensors
Navigation
3-M clear bra
Axillary input
Premium Package (which includes a lot: leather seats, memory seats which is actually mated to the drivers key, auto dimming mirror, homelink, all windows one touch up and down, rain sensing wipers, fog lights, side airbags, Harman-Kardon Sound System with subwoofer and more.)

I added a M steering wheel (much thicker and just love the feel), I still have the normal sport wheel that could be exchanged back if wanted.
Convertible Top goes down with door key

Included in sale will be a BMW windscreen
also has BMW floor mats and I have two full fob keys.

Includes: extended warranty until April of 2003, or 100,000 miles. (cost me $2,500), $0 deductible, and includes coverage of convertible top.
Polymer II paint sealant warranty.

Bridgestone Pontenza tires have 10,000 miles on them, new battery in May of last year.

Front upper/lower control arms and bushings just replaced.
I bought off lease (not mine). I have had for 2 yrs and have all service records. Oil changed every 7,500 miles. Service II not for 12,000 miles.

email: [email protected] struggling with posting the pics, so email me and I can get you as much as you want.
I go to LA a lot, so a serious buyer there and I could deliver the car.

bump for a great car. i'm tempted to upgrade, but i can't justify the expense. asking price is reasonable as well. good luck with the sale. also try listing it on e46fanatics.com.
