My new 2017 SV frontier has a decent radio, but when I use BT for things like youtube or any other video, its about .7-1 full second behind. Really really annoying. I'm afraid the answer is probably, thats the way it is?

I have a 2014 Civic and it’s the same way. In my frontier I have a Pioneer touch screen and it’s almost instantaneous which is nice.
