They are in excellent shape, no rust and all hardware included. Sold my truck and parting stuff out. Asking $85 shipped. 2nd gen.

So 2nd gen is the correct answer.

2nd gen is from 2005 to 2010, with some minor differences between 05-08 and the 09-10 model years.
