Starting fresh. I had enough of dealing with all the various issues on the 2010 Pro-4X I bought at the beginning of January - warranty issues, trans issues, valvecover leak, phantom cold weather starting issues (likely a dying fuel pump).

Local dealer agreed to a very good trade price, and was willing to work with me on a brand new 2016 Pro-4X CCSB 6MT.

Nice

Sweet, you got to change your signature block now. 6spd yes, yes, yes.

Changed! ;)

This truck is a pretty rare bird - not many 2016 6MTs out there.
I dig it.

Jealous of those new Pro4X wheels. They look awesome.
Nice color. Glad it worked out for you and enjoy it.
Nice! And yea, sometimes, you just need to walk on a vehicle.
Congrats on the new truck love the p4x wheels.
Thanks guys.

Feels good to get the old truck off my shoulders. Was turning into an all-consuming ordeal.

Love the new one, though - first car I've had with BT streaming. Totally an underrated feature to have.
want to trade wheels?

Hah, no. Sorry man.

I like the stock wheels.
Just hit 4k miles yesterday - started installing my hitch today and noticed there are no skidplates on the truck, aside from the front-most skidplate.

What the hell?
Wow, guessing dealership signed off on it as well after their presale inspection?

Well, I've got off on Monday morning...

You know what I'll be doing.
So, small update:

"Mods" installed:
- Rear receiver hitch, with harness relocated into the bumper
- AEM dry panel filter
- Factory skidplates actually installed
- Pro-4X decals and badging removed
- Flossy red wrinkle finish shift knob

Not doing anything crazy here, just making it a decent daily.

? Never heard of flossy.

I probably wouldn't bother ordering one, as his customer service is crap, but a buddy of mine had it sitting around and wasn't using it. I hated how light the stock knob was.

So... updates since my last update:

- Added a Midland 75-822 CB w/4' Firestik antenna mounted to the Utilitrak in the bed
- Ordered a set of Morimoto XB LED foglights from TRS (XMASLIGHTS 15% off code)
- Ordered a set of Philips X-tremeVision 9007 headlight bulbs that I'll be installing later today.

Otherwise, truck's been rock solid, almost due for another oil change in 200 miles at 15k.

Morimoto fogs installed. Love the light these put out, nearly render my high beams useless with the Philips X-tremeVision headlight bulbs as well.
