I have the AntennaX (the shorty 6") and in the city it works great. It looks good but the reception isn't the best. I live in New Mexico with mountains Im sure that has a effect on the reception.

I have the antennaX 13" off-road antenna. It works way better then my OEM, I am picking up stations I couldn't before. It is flexible so when you drive down the road it bends towards the windshield, it takes a few minutes but it goes back up. I like mine works good for what I need it for.

Good to know. I just got mine in the mail, should be going on in the next day or so.

Make sure you report back what you think. I have been on the fence with getting one of these as well!
Been driving around with the 13" since Friday. So far it seems reception is at least as good as the stock one everywhere I've gone except in the parking garage at my 2nd job. Never noticed any issues in there before, but two of my normal stations were a tad scratchy. Haven't gone out of town yet with it though, so I can't vouch for its ability to pick up stations further out. Main benefit for me so far is just its reduced height, not hitting low overhangs. And it'll be nice not having to worry so much about it when I go off road.

I've had the 13" AntennaX for over a year now and I am very happy with it. Works at least as good as the original factory antenna.

I have the 13" Off Road AntennaX. It's one of the first items I replaced when I got the truck about 4 months ago. Works great. Only "weird" thing I did was to put a small bit of silicone on the stud before I screwed it in, just in case there was something of that nature on the factory one to prevent water damage. Probably not needed, but to each their own.
