Does anyone know roughly how long (miles) the belts like the fan, alternator and power steering are good for? I have 55,000 miles on my '03 and they still look pretty with no cracking. I am thinking about installing new ones but the originals still look pretty good.

Since you asked, you are obviously worried about them. To me, that is the time to replace them. Belts or belt, depending on engine, are more of a mental problem now-a-days. They are usually strong enough to last until they are shiny and cracked and a couple of thoudsand miles more.

For the exact answer, check your owner's manual. It should give a milage.

I think Dealers change them at 30,000 miles.

Change them when you do your timing belt, somewhere around 110K. I've got 99K on my originals.
