I have a 2015 CC SV V6 with about 24,000 on it. Within about the last 2,000 miles or so I have started getting some belt noise on cold startups that lasts until the engine has fully warmed up and then seems to pretty much go away. This isn't a loud noise but just enough that you can hear it with the windows down while moving slowly. The belt appears visually at least to be in good condition. Should I just replace it and the tensioner or is there something else I should be looking for? Also is it common for these trucks to have belt issues so early on in their lives? I've never had a vehicle where I've had to think about replacing a belt so early on.

Yes still under factory warranty. I just figured they'd give me the usual "it's a wear item" and isn't covered crap that usually happens with stuff like that under warranty.

With such low miles they should be readily willing to fix it. That is simply too low of miles to be "normal" wear. It is possible there is some other cause of the noise. A pulley bearing might be going. I'd get into the dealer as soon as is reasonable. I've got just over 20K miles on my '16 with the QR25DE and it is quiet. Yours should be too.
