Looks great!
Glad to see someone doing tube work. Not as easy as it looks.
May I ask what bender you used?

Bender is the neighbors from harbor freight. We used 1.75" cheap round tubing, cost me 75$ for metal.
Well it seemed to work well.
What wall thickness tubing?

Did you use a notcher or the old chop saw,4 1/2 grinder?

I have a JD2 Notchmaster. Only thing I don't like about it, is you cannot cut shallow angles.
I have to use my mill a lot for those situation. Are you using the HF notcher?
Do you use a bending program like "BendTech"? I use "SolidWorks to get the actual measurements then go to my BendTech program. Lot faster than the doing all the calculations.
Sorry about all the questions but not many people here do any bending.

I have a set of Rogue Fab dimple dies. I like the idea of being able to use an impact wrench rather than a press.
