A bed rack for my '14 4x4 ccsb SV, Me and the neighbor been workin on between beers.

"my neighbor and I" - Im more important than my neighbor, so in this context I come first. Haha

Pipe is 1.75" OD, so that nug is at least 1.5" by 1.5", my guess it was a 2.5 gram nug if not 3.

I have a JD2 Notchmaster. Only thing I don't like about it, is you cannot cut shallow angles.
I have to use my mill a lot for those situation. Are you using the HF notcher?
Do you use a bending program like "BendTech"? I use "SolidWorks to get the actual measurements then go to my BendTech program. Lot faster than the doing all the calculations.
Sorry about all the questions but not many people here do any bending.
The bender, I like the idea of using that program for your measurements, we just did the calculations, took some time for discussion and double checking haha before we did the bends.
