"my neighbor and I" - Im more important than my neighbor, so in this context I come first. Haha

Pipe is 1.75" OD, so that nug is at least 1.5" by 1.5", my guess it was a 2.5 gram nug if not 3.

Looks great!
Glad to see someone doing tube work. Not as easy as it looks.
May I ask what bender you used?
Material?

Bender is the neighbors from harbor freight. We used 1.75" cheap round tubing, cost me 75$ for metal.
Well it seemed to work well.
What wall thickness tubing?

I have a JD2 Notchmaster. Only thing I don't like about it, is you cannot cut shallow angles.
I have to use my mill a lot for those situation. Are you using the HF notcher?
Do you use a bending program like "BendTech"? I use "SolidWorks to get the actual measurements then go to my BendTech program. Lot faster than the doing all the calculations.
Sorry about all the questions but not many people here do any bending.

The bender, I like the idea of using that program for your measurements, we just did the calculations, took some time for discussion and double checking haha before we did the bends.

I have a set of Rogue Fab dimple dies. I like the idea of being able to use an impact wrench rather than a press.

Nice bed rack, looks great! Functional with an off road look to it. Why the decision not to bring the top level with the roof of the truck or just above it? Not criticism, I just like knowing folks thought processes.
