You have no idea the size of the nug.Thats a sweet rack. Like the bud use so we could get an idea of pipe size![]()
Bender is the neighbors from harbor freight. We used 1.75" cheap round tubing, cost me 75$ for metal.Looks great!
Glad to see someone doing tube work. Not as easy as it looks.
May I ask what bender you used?
Material?

What wall thickness tubing?
Notcher.Did you use a notcher or the old chop saw,4 1/2 grinder?
The bender, I like the idea of using that program for your measurements, we just did the calculations, took some time for discussion and double checking haha before we did the bends.I have a JD2 Notchmaster. Only thing I don't like about it, is you cannot cut shallow angles.
I have to use my mill a lot for those situation. Are you using the HF notcher?
Do you use a bending program like "BendTech"? I use "SolidWorks to get the actual measurements then go to my BendTech program. Lot faster than the doing all the calculations.
Sorry about all the questions but not many people here do any bending.
Took me a moment to realize that you're in Colorado... ::laugh::Almost there, just gotta lay on the clear coats
