Pretty steep hill climb. Very bumpy ride up (and down):

Tried going up once and found out there was a couple inches of ice underneath. Zed's got some vid footage:

Got the best parking spots in the area:

Looking down the powerlines:

My truck wanted to look too:

Heading back down:

Giant rock, needless to say it was kinda slippy getting on it:

Opitical illusion? Just tilt your head until the trees are vertical and you'll see he's not actually about to roll over, just climbing a hill:

Up N Over!

The top powerline tower is where we were parked before, kinda cool to see where we were:

Some more BC pinstriping added:

Cool pic's. Trucks look real good. As usual, love the scenery. Nice job roosting through the mud Zed, hehe.

Great pic's.

Great pic's. You need some wider wheels.

Do you still have stock rear shocks?

one thing i noticed while we were out, was that eglaisi's King Cab short box would go over lots of thick ice areas whereas my Crew Cab long box would smash through the ice. Not sure what the weight difference between the two trucks is, but Mother Nature sure noticed the difference

Here is according to Curb Weight on nissanusa 2010's.

A 6spd 4x4 PRO-4x 4348lbs or 1972 kilo's.
An LE auto LwB CC is 4648lbs or 2108 kilo's.

Possibly he started to crack the ice, and you finished it off. Did he ever follow you and crush after you did your initial drive over the ice?

I definitely heard cracking when I went up that first time. Felt like the ice road truckers!

But your probably a good 500# on me all loaded up. I didn't have sandbags, just the jack and tools. Our boxes are exactly the same, just the cabs are different.
