I just ordered an ARB winch bumper3438320 and am wondering what folks with that kind of bumper are running for winches. The arb site says it works with M8000, HS9500, XD9000 but I'm wondering if any one is using any different brand of winches than that. Right now I'm looking at the VR8000 warn, smittybuilt XRC 9.5 and maybe the warn M8000. Thoughts on superwinch?

I have the Smittybilt X20 Waterproof - 10,000# Winch w/ Synthetic Cable and really like it. Especially the wireless remote
And it is less than 1/2 the price of a Warn

I was looking at that one, looks pretty good. I'm not a fan of the Warn prices either but just want something that'll bolt in without any messing around. Did you have any issue mounting your winch?

Do yourself a favor and skip smitty built. It's half the price.....for a reason.

I love my m8000. Nothing but reliable.

I've read some pretty good reviews on the new smittybilts and had an M8000 on my last truck, it worked well, just trying to get the best bang for my buck winch that'll just bolt into the arb bumper easy peasy.

What winch are those with ARB bumpers running? any one with experience using the Smittybilt XRC 9.5K or Warn VR8000?
