dont know how many people have seen this but i can see now why ARB is one of the most reliable designs for a selectable locker

does the compressor run non stop to keep the locker engaged or does it just fill the arb to a certain pressure then cycle on and off to maintain pressure

cycles on/off. kicks on initially to lock than doesn't kick in very often after that. //end thread jack//

very impressed with the details ARB goes thru to make it an easy install
the guy that installed it said this is by far ARB's best design (little changes were made but all good), and the compressor install wasnt bad at all
took me more time to figure out where to mount it and make a bracket for it than it did to wire it

Did you have an off road shop install it for you? I'm wondering cause reading through some of the install procedures kinda made me doubt doing a self install. Things like drilling a hole for the air line and setting the gears back up...etc.

i had a mobile diff guy install it
i tore down the axle so it was just the pinion gear left , so all he had to do was setup the ARB drill a hole and put the ARB in
he charged me $100 since i tore down the axle

the compressor and electrical i did before he came over
