give it a good rub down with Acetone on a clean microfiber.

Try denatured alcohol, Acetone will remove the paint.

Whatever you use try it first in at a location where it will not be visible.

Only if it was just sprayed within a few days, once paint is cured acetone won't hurt a thing.
