I was thinking of repainting the bumper dark grey and then covering the plastic tread parts with bedliner, but now I'm thinking of using the bedliner for everything.

Has anyone else done this, and been pleased with the results?

Either way sounds pretty good to me... I'm not to sure how much I really like the chrome rear bumper when nothing else on the truck except for the emblems is chrome. Since my truck is gun metallic I think I'd like to color match it with the likes of Plasti Dip.
