I have a typical HID kit, 9007. The control module has the following wire connectors coming from it. Power, left headlight ballast, right headlight ballast and a blue female connector with 3 wires in it, red, white and blue. I don't see any place to put this connector. The label on the controller says its a "connecting lamp holder". Any ideas?

some kits have the male end of the head lamp connector; if not use a test light.

Doh

For some reason I thought I would need two headlight connectors. But after looking at it I understand why I only needed one. Brain fart.
At any rate after running the wires and setting it up I find the bulb base with the O ring is too thick and therefore it won't allow the large white retaining ring to tighten the bulb in the socket properly. The base on the HID bulbs is about 2X as thick as a stock bulb. I'm not going to go about sanding it down to make it fit.
I'm just going to stay with sylvania bulbs that I already have.
