Thank you for your detailed post. It is reassuring too me as we just bought a similar sized trailer (19' floor/22' overall) and have a 2015 Pro4X king cab (or whatever it is called these days) to pull it with. We won't be loading the trailer with much more than you do even though it is rated for a 1,000 lb more than the truck can pull. Not dumb enough to do that. 
We will for this year at least stick with serviced sites as it is all new to us and the refrigerator is electric only. I doubt it will run very long on a single battery but we will see. There is just the two of us and a pair of 7lb dogs so I think we should be okay. happy camping.
