I've got a buzzing sound in my left ear coming from the door pillar on my '09. I remember somebody else mentioning this condition elsewhere on this forum.

Any quick fixes? I'd rather do it myself than be w/o a truck for a day by leaving it at the dealer...

I have the same noise and have yet to try and fix it. Hopefully someone will shed some light on this and we can both fix our trucks.

Is the sound louder when your window is open? I have a whistling sort of sound coming from that area. It's louder when I have my window open and worst around 30-50 mph or so. If I move my hand in front of certain areas while driving, the whistling sound stops. Seems to be more around the mirror though.

I pretty much never open my windows. The buzz is exactly at the height of my ear on the left pilar. It occurs when I drive over rough surfaces and with songs with a heavy bass beat. If I push on the pilar trim, the buzz stops. Obviously, something is loose inside.
