Curious, how did some people on here run their power wire for the amp through the firewall of their truck?
Well, I didn't run amp wire, but did run wire through the drivers side firewall for the Gentex mirror. That would be the long way around, there may be a similar hole on the passenger side. Sorry couldn't be more help.

I have not yet ran a power wire for my amp. But in the past i find a preexisting wiring loom and follow that. If that doesn't work drill a small hole and put a grommet in its place to seal off the air passage.

i hope this helps?

Just did mine today... Was going to take pictures, but had no batteries  I'll get some for ya soon tho.

There is a very handy empty grommet on the driver's side just to the outer side of the master brake cylinder. Basically, I ran the wire from the battery back to the fire wall, across the firewall and through the grommet.

The grommet actually comes out from inside the cabin...just behind the clutch (or where the clutch would be). :)
