Amp hook up to stock HU problem

Hooked up my amp today and was not turning on. Battery wire is good and fine, however I am pretty sure my problem is with the REM wire. I have it wired to the green/blue wire on back of radio. Is this, or is this not the wire i connect my amp to for on/off power?

If your amp turns out good, the typical wire you tap for amp remote on a stock head unit is the antenna wire. That way the amp is on only when the radio is on. There is never a time where my radio isn't on, but tapping the antenna wire is standard procedure at most car audio shops when dealing with a stock head unit.
