Alignment-Uneven tire wear

These tires are obviously shot, but all 4 are worn just about the same. Supposedly, my alignment is fine, but tire wear says otherwise.. I'm thinking positive camber and toe in?

Stock suspension - passenger front tire.

My LH steering is feathering on the inside so took it in for alignment and they fixed the toe-in but the camber bolts where seized and nuts stripped. Camber was out by .5 and they said it was OK, but still feathering the tire. Getting a new line up tomorrow and new lower control arms (on the dealer as I have only had the truck 3 weeks. 2009 SE 4x4)
