I have Firestone RideRites...a great & functional mod. Air up when loaded, air down when unloaded.

I went with a progressive spring pack on my Dodge. So do many Frontier owners. Not a problem carrying 1000lbs. or less(Dodge). Not the best for towing. Airbags helps a lot keeping the truck level.
Around $300 if I remember right.

I found air shocks on Amazon for under $100.
I'm going to try them.
Don't plan on carrying lots of weight all the time. Maybe 4 or 5 times a year.

Don’t think they were talking about “airbags”. They were talking about “air shocks”. Airbags do not replace your shocks.
Keep the minimum air in the bags and Your ride remains the same.
When loaded or trailering is where you see the difference. They work great.
